Technical Warranty

Effective date: August 10, 2026

To ensure a smooth transition, we provide a 15-day post go-live technical warranty from the website go-live date.

​

Included (What is Covered):

• Fix spelling or typing mistakes introduced during development.

• Fix layout or alignment issues on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Fix broken links.

• Fix buttons or forms that are not working as intended.

• Fix functionality that does not work as per the approved project scope.

• Fix display issues on supported browsers and screen sizes.

• Fix technical issues or bugs identified after go-live.

• Resolve configuration issues related to Wix features implemented as part of this project. (New configuration changes or updates are not covered.)

Not Included (What is Not Covered):

• Any kind of brainstorming and ideas discussion.

• Adding, removing, or rewriting website content.

• Design or UI changes.

• Adding new pages or sections.

• Adding new features or functionality.

• Changes to business logic or workflows.

• New integrations with third-party services.

• Changes to images, videos, or other media.

• SEO improvements beyond what was delivered.

• Performance improvements that are not related to a bug.

• Changes due to new business requirements or preferences.

• Training, consultation, or content entry beyond the agreed scope.

• Domain, DNS, email, payment gateway, shipping, tax, or other business setting changes after go-live.

• CMS, product, or content uploads and updates.

• Issues caused by third-party services or plugins.

• Feature requests or enhancements, regardless of size.

• Email configuration - any kind of email configuration and integration of services.

• Issues resulting from changes made by the client or any third party after the website goes live.

Important Notes:

• The technical warranty is valid for 15 calendar days from the website go-live date. In case the website does not go live, the warranty will still be considered complete based on the delivery date. 

• All issues must be reported via email. (Email: support@iviewlabs.com)

• We will acknowledge and respond to reported issues within 24 business hours.

• Resolution time may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the reported issue.

• The warranty covers bug fixes and technical issues only.

• Any request outside the items listed under Included will be treated as a change request and will be estimated and quoted separately before implementation.

• Any changes made by the client or any third party after the website goes live will immediately void this technical warranty.
